By installing or using the Fortnite Shop Watch app ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is published by Gelotto.

What the service is

The app is a read-only third-party client that displays publicly-available Fortnite item-shop data and delivers a push notification when the shop rotates. It does not let you make purchases, redeem items, or interact with your Epic Games account in any way.

Trademarks and affiliation

"Fortnite" is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. All cosmetic names, images, and item metadata remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational, descriptive, and identification purposes only.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to scrape, mirror, or rate-limit-evade our back-end API. Programmatic abuse may result in your token or IP being blocked.
• Don't use the app or its API to build a competing service that simply re-publishes our data.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage the app.

Service availability

The app and its back-end are provided on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, or remove features, throttle requests, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that shop data is accurate, complete, current, or that notifications will be delivered on time or at all.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gelotto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US $0, since the app is currently free of charge.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last revised" date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be surfaced in-app where practical. Continued use of the app after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
